This is a brand new scan of this piece...I had a few and they were smaller and just didn't look like the original. I am going through art right now for comic con and I came across the original...and I was thinking...the scan doesn't look as cool as the original..

so this is a little better.

A lot of people liked this one when I first did it (2005 or 2006?) it's was like a collective revelation and everyone was like "THIS IS what you should be doing!!"

The Hellboy's lair piece was another one where people kind of went..."hello this is your style...own this."

hahaha

pen and inks, water colors, ink washes..and maybe a little acrylic paint...
